Publishing Storyline Course to USB

Hi y'all,

I am having difficulty publishing my Storyline 360 course to USB.

I publish in the "CD" option and save to my hard drive. When I open up the downloaded file it works perfectly (woohoo). I then save the Zipped files to a USB drive. When I open the USB Launch file on my computer, it works fine (woohoo again).

The problem comes when I try to open the file on a different computer - ANY other computer. The player opens (and I can even see and access all the resources from the course); however, no course plays. The blank player just sits there.

I have been trying to troubleshoot for weeks and my client is none too
pleased. Can anyone help?
