Publishing Storyline to Review 360

Hello everyone,
I have good news to share! We monitored our systems overnight, and they’ve remained stable. This issue is resolved. Thanks so much for your patience.
If you run into any issues using Articulate 360 going forward, please let us know.
I'm experiencing that message now (4/29/2026) and have checked the status page. Is there an issue systemwide currently? FYI - I was able to successfully publish this file to scormcloud.
I am also experiencing this issue with publishing from Storyline as of 11:00am (CST) on 4/29/26.

I'm sorry to hear that you've run into this setback when publishing to Review 360!
We're investigating an issue where some Review 360 items fail to load. This is impacting newly uploaded Storyline courses. Existing content continues to work as expected. Creators may see a loading error or be unable to open newly published content in Review 360.
We're actively working to identify the cause and will share updates as soon as we have more information. You can subscribe to real-time status updates, by clicking the 'Subscribe to Updates' button on our status page.

I'm happy to share that this issue has been resolved!
Storyline content uploaded to Review 360 now loads as expected. We'll continue to monitor performance to ensure everything remains stable.
