Publishing Storyline to video does not complete

Hi everyone,

I'm having issues while publishing a short Storyline file into a video. The process stops at the stage "Preparing to encode video...". I left the process opened for over 10 minutes and it does not progress at all.

The file only contains audio files, images and text (no large files).

To create the storyline, I used a previous project and updated the slides. The previous project has no problem being published to a video format. Only the new one does.

I tried closing OneDrive synch (after reading previous discussions advising on closing DropBox), but still no luck.

Any clue on what might happen?

    Are you working from a shared network drive location? Or your C:\YourName\Documents\My Articulate Products? It should be the latter. That could be part of the problem. 

    I would start with a new SL story, then import the failing one, and try again. If it still doesn't work, contact Articulate for support.
