Publishing Storyline to video does not complete
Hi everyone,
I'm having issues while publishing a short Storyline file into a video. The process stops at the stage "Preparing to encode video...". I left the process opened for over 10 minutes and...
Are you working from a shared network drive location? Or your C:\YourName\Documents\My Articulate Products? It should be the latter. That could be part of the problem.
I would start with a new SL story, then import the failing one, and try again. If it still doesn't work, contact Articulate for support.
