Publishing to Sharepoint
I am currently working on getting my completed Storyline 360 projects onto our company SharePoint site, but I'm having trouble. We're using Office 365.
I attempted to use the advise found in an old community post which was to:
- Publish to Web
- Copy story.html file, then rename to launch, and update file extension to .aspx.
- Save output folder to SharePoint site files.
- Copy launch.aspx link and paste into embed field on the SharePoint page part.
When I do this, it tells me that the file doesn't exist.
If I use the story.html link, it makes the user download the file, then opens it in a new browser tab.
Is there anyway to embed the video directly into the SharePoint page?

Following.
I need to publish a Storyline course to our SharePoint site.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to find a resolution that allows us to load to sharepoint as the interactive course. What I had to do was update all the triggers so that when I generated the course as an mp4 (which takes a while, so make sure you are plugged in to power if you're working on a laptop), then publish to Stream. I was able to embed the Stream video on the SharePoint site instead.

Have you opened the html files locally to check whether they reference to a .html file in the code? If so you will need to change this code to .aspx in the file, save it, upload and it should work. It would explain why it can't find the file anyway if it's trying to find a .html file which you renamed to .aspx. This is my fix in Storyline 3 anyway!

Thanks everyone for trying to help. Unfortunately, none of these suggestions have worked to get a simple one-slide storyline page to show up on SharePoint. I wonder if these solutions were based on an older version of SharePoint?
Hi DouglasEdwards-,
Thanks for reaching out!
While we don't provide support for hosting Articulate 360 content on Sharepoint, I wanted to share this resource that may be helpful:
