Publishing to Word Doc doesn't work in Storyline 360

I tried the steps above but I am not able to see Word Published in the designated folder. (see attached)
Is there any problem with my PC? Because I am able to publish in my other PC.
I have Microsoft 2007 and Word 2016 installed.
Any advice.
