Publishing to Word in Storyline 360 keeps crashing.

It was happening to multiple courses but not all of them - importing to a new story did not make a difference. I was on a time crunch for this course, so I ended up doing copy and paste to get an accessible document complete but I have not been able to solve the problem long term. I have not tried a fresh installation yet as that requires our IT dept for admin access.
Usually this happens to me if the title is TOO long, or if the title in the payer (see above) was copied and pasted in and it adds a return. It doesn't look like there is a return until you view the xml file. Try removing the title and retyping it in, OR shorten the title for the word doc.
I'm so glad I saw your comment. Spent the past 1-2 hours trying to trouble-shoot. Just shortened the file name and it worked immediately :)
