publishing to word on storyline on Mac with parallels
I am on a Mac with parallels, have word on the Mac and a windows version in parallels, but can't publish to word...In fact when I try the screen freezes and I have to do a forced quit. Have worked ...

Let's jump in with a few troubleshooting questions:
- Are you running a supported version of Word on Windows: Microsoft Word 2016 or 2019 (32-bit or 64-bit) or Microsoft Office 365 (desktop apps only).
- Are you publishing and saving to your local hard drive (typically your C: drive) rather than a network drive?
- Does this happen with every file you try to publish or just one?
- If it's one file, import the slides into a new project, and try publishing.
- If it happens with all files, try a quick repair.

I am using Office 365 and publishing to my machine. This has happened in multiple files where I have tried to publish. JS
