Putting a timer on a lesson

Thanks very much, for your help. It is exactly what we need, but I would like to do a change, that maybe you have implemented. I want that the counter begins just when the student access to the content, and then once the time pass able the button continue. But he doesn’t have to press start. How could i do it, do you have something done. Thanks so much for your help.
