Query on the animations in Rise360

Hi community, I want to explore how to enable small animations for the text and images in rise 360 when they are displaying in a course developed through Rise360? Instead of static web pages, I want the text, bullets and images to fly or fade in to give an interactive look when the participants are scrolling.

I understand this can be done through Storyline and then imported, but I want to understand if there's a simpler way through Rise360 itself. I just want the text and images to fly or fade in when a person scrolls the course. How to do this? Can anyone help?

Do I need to use any custom code or add-ons to do this?

This is an example course I found below. I see they have used storyline for a few of the blocks, but in most of other blocks, they seem to be simple text or bullets. I found similar animations in many other courses, but didn't find any explanations about this anywhere. How to do such similar animations in Rise360? Really appreciate your help!

If you go into your course theme on top of the screen, then choose "blocks"  on the left side, you can turn it on. Note that it only animates non-text blocks.
