Hi, You could add a 'Hint' layer to the slide and change the trigger(s) to: on Submit show 'Hint' layer. If you set the trigger on the hint layer to: Hide this layer when user clicks, it will always show the original question.
You can also edit the feedback master to your design/wording and preferences.
View > Feedback Master.
