How many states can an object reasonably handle? I have some objects with 36 states and Storyline is really choking on that. Everything on the slide has gone super slow now, not only editing the sli...

In the past, users have had over 100 states on an object with no issue. If you'd like, we can take a look at your file to rule out it being a computer issue. Would you be willing to share your files here or reach out to our Support Engineers privately in a support case?

Thank you for the offer. Right now the project is in a bit of a rough shape and i'm not sure it makes a lot of sense to someone at the moment.
But i was just asking in general and it sounds like 36 states is nothing too cumbersome for Storyline, so that's not it. :)
