Hi Justin, 

Thanks for reaching out! 

You'll need to use Storyline 360's screen recording feature if you'd like to create step-by-step slides. Unfortunately, this means that you cannot convert a recording that you made using other devices into step-by-step slides in Storyline 360, because Storyline 360 needs to recognize the actions that you are doing during a recording for it to properly generate the slides.
