Question about text styles in Storyline

Hello!

I'm translating a course from Spanish to English in Storyline. The original version is in Spanish (also, I use the tool in that language), so the text styles are in Spanish. When translating the course, I’m unable to edit the names of the text styles (such as Title 1, Title 2, Questions, etc.).

I have several concerns: I'm worried that a screen reader used by an English-speaking user might not interpret these style labels correctly. Is there any way to modify them? It seems that only manually created styles can be renamed, but not the default ones. Is it necessary to change them? The course player is already set to English.
