Are we able to do this in Storyline 360?
Create a question bank of all questions.
“Tag” or some how indicate which topic, skill, etc., each question applies.
Create a test by tags.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you would like to create within your project.
You will need a separate question bank for each of your topics to draw your questions. There is no tagging or subset option, but I encourage you to share the idea with our team via feature request.
