Question Level Quiz Reporting to LMS with Storyline block in Rise 360 course

Hello,
I built a course in Rise 360, and added a Storyline Block with just one question (Survey question, with 5 level rating scale).&nbsp;
I wanted to check, how do we track the data of what learners selected in the survey. As in, is there a way to know how many learners selected a rating of 1/2/3/4/5.

Rise on its own has no way to collect a freeform text entry and report it to the LMS/LRS. If you search the community, you might find related posts that discuss other ways to collect survey info.

Hi there, this article doesn't seem to exist anymore - is there an updated version?

Fundamentally, I'm trying to collect data from a short text field in Rise360 (which I don't believe is natively supported and thus requires a Storyline block) and make that submission data reportable.

Storyline blocks in Rise don't submit any data to the LMS/LRS.&nbsp;
