Question on change of email address and loss of materials
Dear all,
The email address with which I am using my Articulate Rise license will expire soon, I would like to therefore update my Rise 360 Account with my new email address. I saw that the update is feasible from the Account settings. Could you however confirm that the Rise courses will not be lost if I change the address? Will I have the exact same access to it?

That's right, Manuela! You can update your email address in your account settings, and all of your Rise 360 courses will remain intact. You don't need to worry about losing any course content.
