Question Populating Even when video is paused on Articulate Storyline

Hi Team!  I have a video that I created for my team that has question slides attached to it at certain points in the video.  However, we have found that if the video is paused, the question will still populate at it's designated time in the project.  Do you know if there is a way to get the entire project to pause if the video on the original slide is paused?  I feel as if it is probably an additional trigger I should add, but I can't seem to find the answer in the help topics.
