I'm not sure I understand the question. Here's a graded question with unlimited attempts:
While the learner gets the incorrect answer, you will notice that they can keep re-trying it, and the previous answer shows. It stops when they answer correctly.
The revisiting property is set to "Automatically decide".
Are you experiencing something different?
