Quick Search Password
Is there a way to view or copy a password for a quick search link after the initial setting of the password? If I return to the password dialog box, I am unable to view the password that was originally established. Copy/paste didn't work either. The only option appears to be "clear password". This is problematic for Preview links that were previously created. And in the future, it would be problematic when I want to share the link with a new set of learners (or forget the password). Thanks!

Good day! Currently, there's no way to view or copy a password of a Quick Share after it has been initially set. However, you can click the X button to remove the current password and set up a new one.
That said, I've submitted a feature request to our product team on your behalf. We'll let you know if there are any changes that might help.

edeocampo this is an issue for us as well. I just went to confirm the password I had set for a quick share module but also found no way to get back to it. I ended up having to search for and find the email I had sent to reviewers. We would certainly appreciate the ability to view the password that was already set. We go through several course reviews before finalizing and sometimes reviewers forget the password. We don't want to have to reset it for everyone and re-communicate it. Thank you!

Has there been a solution to this problem yet? I set a password in the past, but it doesn't seem to match with the password that is there currently. I am sure the password we introduced is correct.

We're still tracking feedback for a way to view or retrieve Quick Share link passwords, previously set in Rise 360. I've included your voice in the report!
Also, I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with mismatched passwords. The Quick Share password you set originally should be retained unless changed by the course author. Have you tried manually resetting the password to the one you require?
- Open the course > go to Publish/Quick Share > Clear Password [x] > Enter the desired password > Click Save.
