I want to learn more about the performance tracking and light analytics that will be accessible when Quick Share launches.

Hello, with quick share is there a place where we can see a full report of all the courses that have been shared versus having to go into each individual course and view?

Great question!
Currently, Rise 360 Quick Share does not offer a singular, global view of all metrics across separate courses. For now, that data can only be accessed at the individual course level. I do see the value in having a central hub that aggregates all metrics across your entire Rise 360 portfolio. I've submitted this as a feature request on your behalf!

I am wondering if there's any plan for the quick share feature to collect more analytics from courses? such as completion data for interactive elements or which lessons were most accessed etc.Hi TanveerBhimani!

Currently, Rise 360 QuickShare is designed to only collect limited, course-level analytics. Such as total number of views, and Guestbook entries if the Guestbook has been enabled.
That said, our development team is continuing to evaluate user feedback and explore potential enhancements to the tool. I've shared all of your insights with them! If you require more robust learner analytics, distributing your course through an LMS like Reach 360, is recommended.

The feature will be launched between late October and early November.
I just signed up for the beta version. There is a community group for asking questions for those who signed up for the beta version. If you are interested in the beta, you can fill out this form Quick Share Beta Opt In.
I'm in the beta group and after a couple of initial tests, what I see for analytics right now are:
- how many learners have viewed the content;
- If I have a 'guestbook' feature enabled, what the learner names and email addresses are.
