Quiz bank questions not displaying the custom template
I have a quiz bank with a custom slide format:
When it draws from that bank, it removes all of the formatting:
I am not sure if this is a setting somewhere that has the wrong configuration. I did not publish this file as HTML or SCORM file, but in the 360 Review site this is what it shows. Unfortunately, I would not be able to attach the story file.

Sorry to hear that your quiz slides are losing format after pulling from a question bank!
It would be super helpful to take a closer look at the project file you've built so far. If privacy is a concern, you're welcome to share the .story file privately with our support engineers. They would be willing to sign an NDA as well. Also, we delete customer files from our system as soon as troubleshooting is complete!
In the meantime, have you tried performing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to see if that improves the behavior?

I have this same problem too. I am importing questions from an excel spreadsheet and I have updated a slide master quiz slide, but it still removes all formatting. Any guidance you can give, would be appreciated.

- Does this issue appear when the course is previewed, published, or both?
- Have you tried importing your slides into a new Storyline project, and importing the questions again?
If you're comfortable sharing a screenshot or your file with our team, we'd happily conduct further testing. You can upload those here or privately in a support case and we'll delete them from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
