Quiz: Bring points from level 1 to level 2?
JonasGustafs402 : I'm not on my PC at the moment, so I can't look at your file. But perhaps I can help anyway.
A variable maintains its value throughout a course, until a trigger adjusts the value. So, if you have a number variable tracking the score for Level 1, you can use that variable's value when the user reaches Level 2.
For example, you could set the Level 2 score to the value of the Level 1 score if you want to start with that. Or just add the Level 1 score to the Level 2 score whenever you want that to happen.

will you be able to do a step by step with pictures? Not that familiar with this....

The PRIMER post that I linked to in my previous reply includes images, as well as details about trigger calculations.
I suggest you review that post. You could even keep it open while you edit your file. Trying to do something in Storyline is often the best way to learn it.

thank´s!
I tried a way that I thought would make it but I was wrong.
I made this trigger but it didn´t work. The "Poäng" is still 0 when I start on level 2, and when I answer correct on a question, the right value of points are added to "poäng" but starts from 0 = no added points from level 1.
See picture.
Can you understand my mistake?- JudyNollet2 months agoSuper Hero
I didn't realize you were trying to adjust a ScorePoints variable. Storyline ignores triggers that try to adjust the quiz-scoring variables or other built-in variables. (There's probably a way to adjust it with JavaScript. I can't help with that.)
Also, it looks like there are separate Results for each level. Storyline will only submit the data from one Results slide to the LMS. Therefore, to submit data from both levels, you'll need to add a Results slide that tracks the other Results slides. Here's more info:
