Quiz built in Storyline 360 and published as xApi not reporting score in Docebo LMS

Hello, 

I was asked to update the old HR training course that was originally designed for web and had a quiz set up separately. So I made my updates and inserted the multiple choice questions and the result slide and everything is previewing great in storyline. When I tried to publish I originally wanted to publish as SCORM but was getting error message: 'This is a SCORM 2004 Package that includes non-linear sequencing not supported by the LMS. This package can be imported anyway, but its sequencing won't be managed by the LMS".  I did upload anyway but only got a blank white screen in the LMS.  This is definitively not  'linearly  designed'- it has a main menu and then 5 module branching design. I found a solution by publishing in xAPI format. When uploaded to LMS, the course was playing fine and I was very thrilled that I solved it until a moment I checked the reports in the LMS and realized that the LMS is only tracking the completion but is not updating the score which is always displayed as zero.

     Thanks so much for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. 

     We recommend testing the behavior of your course in SCORM Cloud to see if the behavior is isolated to your LMS. You can test your course in SCORM Cloud, which is an LMS that we use for testing as well. Here's how: 

     If your xAPI published course still does not report quiz scores in SCORM Cloud, open a support case here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
