Quiz getting stuck - Urgent help needed!

Hello, I am having a similar issue. In preview everything works perfectly. When I upload to our LMS it gets stuck on slide 9. Any suggestions?

A helpful first step would be testing your project file in SCORM Cloud. It's an online LMS environment that can be used to determine if an issue lies with a project file, or the LMS itself. If you test your course on SCORM Cloud and slide #9 functions properly, then your issue is likely LMS-based.
