Hello!
We are also having the same problem with knowledge checks (not quizzes) revealing the correct answer when the user submitted an incorrect response. We don't want the correct answer to be revealed if they're wrong. Is there any update on this?

Hi there! Knowledge checks will always reveal the correct answer by default.
Could you instead use a checkbox list block to allow users to choose an answer to a question? Add a continue button beneath, and if you have feedback to reveal, you can add a text block next. Check out this sample preview:
