Quiz not allowing learner to progress
I have a .story with a 10-question quiz at the end. In testing, no problems.
We had one learner, however, who got stuck on the first quiz question (1/10 questions). It looked like the screen shot...
It is not on the same computer. It was her impersonating the learner on a completely different computer that it was reproduced-- and in multiple browsers.
For that screen shot I shared-- where did if come from? That red bar on the bottom is not a part of any of my project slides or templates.
I did already open up a support case. Thanks.
