What you want is possible.
You could insert a standard graded-question slide, and then adjust the question elements so the "content" elements also fit on the slide.
Or, if you already have a content slide set up, you could add your own question-and-answer objects, and then convert that slide to a Freeform question. That would make it work like a standard graded-question slide.

Of course, putting content and a question on a slide can get crowded. Another option: keep the content slide separate. On the question slide, add a button to open the content slide in a lightbox. That would let the user easily review the content as needed to answer the question.
