Whether or not you can see Quiz Question data in your LMS depends on three things:
- Your selected LMS publish settings that will determine if student quiz responses are sent to the LMS. "When you publish your Rise 360 course for cmi5, SCORM 2004, or xAPI (Tin Can), it sends full question text to your LMS." - If your LMS actually saves the Quiz data sent to it by the Rise course
- If your LMS has a report that you can use to easily analyze Quiz answers
