Quiz score is reset to zero when re-entering course
The problem is this. If the learner completes part of an assessment then exits the course back to the LMS, then re-enters it and selects Resume, they are correctly returned to the point in the quiz ...

Quiz scores definitely shouldn't reset when you resume a course, so I'm glad you reached out about this!
I created a short sample quiz in Storyline 360 and hosted it on SCORM Cloud. Could you test this course and let me know if you run into the same problem? The resume and scoring worked correctly in my testing.
