Quiz settings in Rise

Hello, I have created a Quiz lesson in Rise and I would have the following need: after each question show a feedback message to the learner saying "answer is correct" or "answer is incorrect" ...

Hi Crystal - Is there a process for "upvoting" this request to reveal feedback separately? I'm looking for the same feature as Anna.
