Quiz Timer - Rise
Hello.
Within Rise, is there an option to set a timer on the quiz?
Thanks!

There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to export your Rise 360 course again. Please find the updated release notes here.

As mentioned above, this would be very useful as were currently creating mock assessments in prep for the real exam.

Hi Eric, it seems like the timer only displays a grey screen when/if it reaches 0, and it does not show the results. Are there any know issues with the timer?
Hi TrishHedges,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
Our team has implemented a fix, and you should experience a Time expired window with messaging about reaching the time limit for the quiz.
If you've published courses where this is happening, please go ahead and republish to take advantage of this fix since it was also happening in Preview mode.
Please let me know if you have any questions!

Can we get a timer that lets you go higher than 99minutes? Love that you can add question banks and we are looking to create 150 question assessments for learners. We currently are creating them in Storyline, but Rise seems like a simple alternative that we can allow more team members editing access. Current problem is we need 2 hour limits.

Thanks for adding the quiz timer. Can you please make the timer go up to at least 120 minutes? Also it would be great if learners could go back and review their answers before submitting their quiz.

EricSantosConfirming the max time on the quiz timer is 99 minutes, is that right? I can't seem to type in more than a 2-digit number. Was hoping for a 120-minute test.
Hello Bobbi,
Thanks for reaching out! You are correct. The current Rise quiz timer limit is 99 minutes. I informed our product team regarding your request to increase it to at least 120 minutes. We'll let you know if there are any changes that might help.
In the meantime, here's how we manage feature requests that we receive.

We have a critical need for the timer to be extended beyond the current 99 minutes. We have exams that are 150+ questions, which requires a longer timer.
Hi AllisonOwsley and KatieOConnor!
Thanks so much for sharing your feedback here. I've submitted your requests to our developers, so we'll update you here if we have any news to share.
