Quiz with several dropdown lists

Hi everyone

I have to built a quiz containing a values table.  In each cell i would like to add a dropdown in order to let the user choose between 3 values.

I saw the graded dropdown quiz solution but i just can't figure out how i can use it in my situation.

You can see in attached, my table without and with the values and what i would likee to do with the dropdowns...
