Random Rise360 module error- JSON Loader httpStatus: 500
We republished 12 of our Videos using Rise360 (originally Storyline) and have started to get random "JSON Loader httpStatus: 500" lockups - a total of 20 course attempts.

Hi, Dave. Did you ever find a resolution for this problem? My organization uses HR Learn for their LMS, and this is a known bug with Rise. We haven't used a Rise course yet with this LMS, but plan to in the next few months.
