Re: Embedded video files from a SharePoint to Rise doesn't work for users
It appears to be a permissions issue where the user either doesn't have access to the embedded content or they do but they're not signed into the account hosting the content.
You could start here to figure out the process to make the video public.

Thank you for this information. Have you ever seen a situation when a video that is housed in an internal SharePoint site and then embedded in a RISE course, for viewing by internal users, can be viewed by most users, but not the users from a particular country (i.e. Canada)? Are there country-specific settings for access that could be getting in the way? This is what is happening for us and it is generating tickets.
