Re-entering completed course resets Rise completion status
I have uploaded my course to the LMS in SCORM 2004 4th edition.
An issue that users are complaining about is that they complete the course and everything logs fine to the LMS. However, if they want to review a completed course Rise will tell them that they have done 0%. The LMS reports completion correctly, but the discrepancy with Rise is causing confusion.
Is this something that can be fixed?

Hi Tony,
It sounds like your LMS is set to switch users to Review mode after initial student completion of the Rise course.
Ok, so this is something in the LMS and not related to Rise.

Yes, it's a LMS issue not related to Rise.
In our LMS we were able to turn off Review Mode.
Your LMS may not have this setting.
Hi, which LMS are you using? I am using canvas and cannot figure out how to solve the problem. Does canvas has a Review mode option?
