I'm sorry to hear you've run into trouble but I'm happy to help troubleshoot. I have a few clarifying questions to get started.

• Are you referring to the Exit button within your course or the X button to close a browser window?
• Have you tried viewing the Review 360 link in a different browser? 

If you're comfortable sharing the Review link, I'd be happy to test it out on my end. You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
