Thanks for reaching out!

The cover page font is controlled by whichever font you have set in the Theme -> Fonts setting, and the color is set by the color selected in Theme -> Colors. You can learn more about customizing the appearance of your course's theme here: 

Note that you cannot explicitly define the color of the course title font. The contrast of the title will depend on the selected theme color.

    It is a shame that you are unable to change the font colour on the cover page.  I have used a custom theme colour HEX # B0DFDB, which then 'chooses' white colour text.  It doesn't show up at all.  

    Is there a way we can manually update this to black or a darker font colour?
