So sorry to hear you are having issues with your course crashing. I understand how frustrating that can be. 

I have a few additional questions to better assist you: 

• Are you using the most recent version of Storyline 360? 
• Have you tried restarting the Articulate 360 Application? 
• Have you been saving your .story file locally to your computer?

We'd love to take a look at your file and see if we can replicate this on our end. You can share your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case. Whatever you are most comfortable with.
