Thanks for sharing your project file with us! 

Try setting the revisit behavior of your second slide to 'Reset to initial state' so that it will always revert to the state where it is clickable whenever the slide is accessed. 

If this still doesn't allow your slide to function as expected, reach out to our support team by opening a case so we can have our Support Engineers take a closer look at your project file.
