Currently, there isn't a way to globally change the text-to-speech voice for all slides in a Storyline project. However, you can update text-to-speech narration.

We have a feature request logged that would allow authors to update TTS audio across multiple slides at once. I've linked this discussion to the feature report and will provide updates as soon as we have news to share!
