Re-size image in Rise flashcard
Hello Community
I saw some older posts re: resizing an image in a Rise flashcard. Have any more workaround been identified? I saved my image as a square and kept increasing the size (up to 20x20 cm), yet the image still doesn't fill the flashcard and isn't big enough.

When you insert the image, you can select center or full card. Center will leave a border, full card will fill it. Also, 20cmx20cm is irrelevant. You should go by pixels instead. Most screens are probably 4k or lower. For a flash card, 1000 pixels wide is probably a good minimal size, but you can play around with different resolutions.

I still have this issue with Rise flashcards. I use Adobe Illustrator to set my image size (1000 x 1000 pixels) and then save as an SVG. When I upload the file, Rise always makes it smaller leaving loads of white space around the image. Very odd. Not got a consistent fix yet!! Anyone else?
Hi TomCarter-0375e!
Sorry to hear you're having trouble when designing Flash Cards in Rise 360!
Using a sample 1,000x1,000px SVG file, I tested this on my end in Google Chrome. Setting the cards to Full Card Image did not result in any extra padding.
Are you experiencing this behavior with all SVG files you import, or is it specific to one? If it's just one, and you're comfortable sharing, we're happy to take a closer look.
Feel free to upload the affected file here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
