Do you have separate Success, Retry, and Failure layers, or slides? If they are layers on the question slide, and it is a built-in question slide, go to the Form view, and put a message in the Incorrect and Correct panes at the bottom. Set the number of attempts to greater than one, use the submit trigger, and it will all work.

If they are separate slides, you have to create your own triggers, which can be a lot of work, and I don’t really recommend it.
