Reach 360 - Annual Training Assignments
We have some published content in Reach 360 that users need to complete on an annual basis and I'm trying to figure out the most user friendly way for them to receive the annual assignment. Would simply sharing the link to the training to our users be the best?

When distributing content through Reach 360, sharing a direct link to the training is indeed a straightforward method. Reach 360 also offers several other features that can enhance the delivery and management of your training material.
- Custom E-Mail Reminder Schedules allow Reach admins to choose when, and how often learners receive e-mail reminders. Once they are enrolled, they will receive these reminders when a due date is pending, or a training is overdue. This can help you and your learners adhere to the desired annual schedule.
