Assigning Training Annually
I have created 16 courses, some in RISE and some with Storyline. Everyone has seen the training at least once. A year has passed. I need to reassign the courses again. I need new reports, etc. Since they have already taken it, how to start over or show they have taken it a second time, but a year later.

It sounds like you're trying to track learner completion for courses that need to be taken annually, in Reach 360. Unfortunately, this is not currently supported. When a learner is enrolled in a course, Reach can only track one completion. The learners will be able to view the course again, but only one completion status is recorded by the system.
For content that must be completed annually, we recommend first creating a duplicate version of the Storyline or Rise 360 course:
- Create a new copy of the course.
- Publish the new course to Reach 360.
- Enroll the learners to the new course.

It sounds based on the solution you shared back like you're using Reach, is that right?

ToddTezeno your solution definately works. I am in the midst of testing out all the features for Reach 360, as we are looking to use it for training our contractors before they come to the job site. This issue of not being able to re enroll annually is a huge gap in this program. Sad that we have to use a work around of duplicating and republishing, but at least it works until Articulate gets a better solution. Thank you.
