Reach 360: Adding Company Name to existing learners
Good morning,
We are using our Reach 360 LMS for contractors to complete safety courses. Is there a way that the Administrator can add company name at the time they are adding the user email?
I noted that there is an option for custom learner fields and set this up for new learner registrations, but would prefer an option for the administrator to add that information up front so we can easily sort by company and view who has/has not completed the required training.
I am also wondering if there is a way that the administrator can add company name to a learner profile after it created?

Hello Dena70s,
We're so glad you're using Reach 360 to host your organization's safety courses! Custom learner profile fields are a great way to collect additional learner details. If you’d like to add or update this information for multiple learners at once, importing a CSV file is a quick way to add details in bulk.
In Reach 360, Admins can add or edit the company name by accessing the Settings section of the Manage tab.
