Reach 360 Failed Quiz - Course Complete/Success Status
Hello. My organization is in the process of converting everyone to Reach 360. We are using Rise 360, Storyline 360, and external vendor courses. The questions below are primarily a concern with the external vendor. Their quizzes are set to our minimum required parameters of 80%
Currently we are implementing Reach 360 with new hires and a few "test" employees. If an employee does not achieve 80%, is there a way besides the employee seeing they did not pass the quiz to be aware they need to attempt it again. The course is marked "complete" in Reach 360, but the passing score has not been obtained. Is there a setting in Reach 360 to note this minimum score and show they need to retake it?
If the learner fails the quiz, will they still receive an email notification to retake the quiz before the due date? Currently there is one employee who scored 40% on a required external course. I have tested the course (and others) and it does list the quiz was failed within the course, but with it being marked "complete" this employee and most everyone else will think they are finished which according to our policies they are not.
I have read about "complete" vs "success. Is there a way to show "success" (where they passed the quiz with the minimum 80% score) to the user as well as in reports that will be issued to examiners? Is there anything where the word success is listed?
Thank you.
