Reach 360 Learning Path Report Error?

I have created a cybersecurity learning path for my agency that consists of two courses.

When I select Manage>Learning Paths>Cybersecurity for Staff>View Report, one particular student "Tom's" status is shown as Not Started.

On this same page, when select the Activity tab, it shows that Tom has actually completed both courses in the learning path a few days ago (including the required quiz for each course with a passing grade).
