Reach 360 Reports and Workday integration

Our organization uses Workday as an LMS and we are able to pull reports on learner completion for certification purposes.
There have been some issues with some of our legacy courses not functioning properly due to various Microsoft product issues. As a result, we are interested in researching how Reach 360 might integrate with Workday.
In particular, does the integration between the two enable Workday to generate reports from the Reach 360 report functions?
Any feedback about how Workday and Reach 360 work together would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  • Hi Matthew,

Like you I'm interested whether Reach 360 integrates with Workday. I see you haven't received a response here: have you found any information since you posted your question?

    Thanks!

Sadly, I have not found any information since posting my question. I am still very interested in the interoperability of Reach 360 with Workday. I need to revisit this and dig a little deeper. Thank you for the reminder!

Hello Jose, I appreciate you answering our question! It's unfortunate that Reach 360 doesn't integrate with Workday LMS. Our company decided to implement Workday Learning to have all employee information (learning, performance, etc.) integrated on one platform. It's unlikely they'll move away from that, even though Workday Learning is not the most user friendly platform.

Yes, I mirror Mirjamvanlmm419's reply. I work in a state government agency and we use Workday similarly. There will be no migration to Reach 360 of legacy eLearnings. Multiple agencies and departments use Workday for compliance training, tracking, certifications, etc. Luckily, Rise 360 courses can be "SCORM'd" into Workday, but it isn't an ideal solution. Ever Onward!
