I’ve run into this kind of mismatch before and in my experience it usually comes down to how Reach 360 recalculates the score from SCORM data instead of just taking the Storyline result as it is. Storyline is giving you the 40 percent based on its own results slide logic, but Reach 360 seems to be deriving its own percentage from the interaction data it receives, which can easily shift the final number to something like 50 percent if it’s counting or ignoring certain questions differently.
